Cancellations must be notified by mail (cordoba@bedandbe.com) to the hostel directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival not later than 23.59h . In the event of NO SHOW you will be charged the first 2 nights of your stay.

SPECIAL HIGH SEASON AND EVENTS
During Semana Santa + Weekends in April + Sept / Oct + Every day in May + Other Local / National Festivals and Bank Holidays our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations and Modifications with less than 30 days notice prior to your arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the amount of your booking.
We have the right to charge 50% when booking and the rest of the reservation during these 30 days prior to your arival. Any charges not accepted may have their reservation cancelled.
If you use an intermediate ( Booking, Hostelworld, Expedia, Airbnb and any other Travel Agency) to book then the Cancellations policies are different , please check the details with them.
